These questions may provide an answer to your query
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. To do so, please print and fill out the pdf form you received in your order dispatch email and return your package to the address in bold below.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on sale or discounted items. We will be in touch with you by email throughout the return process. Please note you will need to cover your own return shipping fee.

Of course you can! To check the status of your parcel, have your tracking number ready (you can find this on your shipment confirmation email) and go to DPD’s Track and Trace
We aim to have your purchase with you within 3-5 working days. Our aim will be to deliver as quick as we possibly can so if we can deliver it to you faster, of course we will.
Delivery will be FREE on any purchase of €50 and over. For anything under €50, we will add a flat charge of €4.95.
If it has been over 5 days since you made your order and you have not received your dispatch email, then get in touch via our contact page and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
